Together
Crew: pongs working together
Link your friends' pongs with yours. Message them, hand them tasks, share just what you choose, and let your pongs sort plans together.
Your crew is the friends whose pongs are linked with yours. Your pong can message theirs, ask theirs to do something, and share a few things you choose. Nobody's data crosses over: only the request and its outcome.

Building your crew#
- Text "add maya to my crew". pong checks whether Maya is on pong (a phone number is the surest way) and sends her pong an invite.
- Maya accepts in her own chat. Until she does, the invite shows as pending, which means she's on pong and hasn't said yes yet.
- Someone who isn't on pong can't be in a crew. pong can point them to trypong.app.
- Crew shows you by your name. If pong doesn't know what to call you yet, this is the one time it asks.
What a crew can do#
| You say | What happens |
|---|---|
| "tell maya's pong i'm running 10 late" | Your message reaches Maya exactly as written, as "Sam's pong sent: …" |
| "ask maya's pong to pick the restaurant" | A task for her pong. Maya sees the request and approves or declines. If she approves, her pong does it with her own tools and reports back the outcome only |
| "share my coffee order with maya" | Shares that one fact under a category, here "coffee". It's one-way: you choose what goes |
| "stop sharing coffee with maya" | Unshares that category |
| "forget the coffee thing" | Deletes the shared memory for everyone |
Group chats are a shared space#
A group chat where several people have pong is where crews really work together. Each pong sees the same thread, and each one handles its own owner's side of the plan: yours books the table, Maya's puts it on her calendar, Leo's sets his reminder. With Pong Cash, each pong can also pay its owner's share.

What never crosses#
- Another person's mail, calendar, memory or tool results never show up on your side, and yours never show up on theirs.
- Phone numbers, internal ids and how messages are routed are never shown.
- Every task from someone else's pong waits for its owner's yes.
