Privacy and security
What pong sees, what it keeps, who it's shared with, and the controls you have.
pong acts for you, so it sees a lot: your messages to it, the apps you connect, the pages it browses. Here's how that's contained and what you control. The legal version is the Privacy Policy and Terms.
Isolation#
- Each person's pong runs on its own isolated computer. Your files, browser profile, logins and memory live there and nowhere else's pong can reach them.
- Memory is scoped. What you say in a group stays in that group, and someone else in the group never sees your private memory, mail or calendar. See Memory.
- Crew shares only what you choose, by category. See Crew.
- Saved logins sit in an encrypted vault and are filled by reference. See Vault.
- Your published links are private to you. See Host an API.
What pong can see#

What we don't do#
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't use your information to train AI models.
- Google data is used under Google's Limited Use rules, never for ads or training.
Who else is involved#
To work, pong uses service providers (hosting, message delivery, phone verification, payments, app and mail connections, web search, the browser's network access and CAPTCHA solving) and AI model providers that process your requests. Data may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries outside Canada.

An agent that acts for you carries real risks: a wrong action, a wrong answer, or a page or email written to mislead AI assistants. pong treats web pages and other people's mail as information, never as instructions, and asks before anything that matters. Still, review what it does for you.
